Dream: I'm in a large auditorium, with about a hundred people. There is a variety show going on, but instead of walking out on the stage, people are getting up from their seats and performing where they're standing. Dave is there as one of the performers. Just as one group starts to perform, Dave gets up and stands just off to the side and tunes his guitar. After doing this through about four acts, people are getting annoyed at his lack of manners. So he sits down, and begins taking off his hat and putting another one on so quickly we can't even see the top of his head. He sets fire to the hat he just took off, then throws it to a group of girls. One of then puts the hat out, then she gets to keep it. Then the next girl in line waits for Dave to change his hat and set fire to it. I'm sitting off to the side, next to Forrest Whittaker, watching the whole thing. Dave goes through 4 or 5 hats, and just as the last one is being put out, it turns into a mother skunk and her baby. The sheer absurdity of this turn in my dream wakes me up..
