Dream: I wish I remembered my dreams, I really do, but God sees fit for me only to remember the truly horrible dreams that come on me from time to time..... you know, deaths of people I love and other terrifying situations..... those are what I have, and I don't think any of them are appropriate here. I wish I had a nice pretty one about me and Dave doing fun and funny things, but I don't. I'll be o.k., I think.

Dave: This would be more of a sorta waking dream, then...... I really love Dave because in a world of actors and actresses, he's always seemed to come off as extremely REAL. I don't know, I'm trying to say I identify with him, I could hear him talk, or read something, and they would be things that made sense to me, things I feel I may have thought, given the opportunity.... It was something really TRUE all the time.... not in a Perry Farrell or Jim Morrison kinda way, but in the way the blues must have felt to people who LIVED them, or how Hendrix seemed to speak for so many with a guitar. Dave does that for me, everytime I catch a glimpse of something he does.

When my band was joking around one night, thinking about different musicians and artists we liked, and what we thought they would think of our music, the only person we could think of that we thought would really like it was Dave. Hopefully that says as much as I mean it to.
