Dream: I admit I have not had a Dave dream. If I did, I would not have remembered. I'm terrible with dreams:)

Dave: You are a musician. Many people are influenced by musicians. I can't say I'm an old-timer Jane's fan, or even a particular fan of yours, because I was only introduced to Jane's Addiction when I was 13 (just over 2 years ago). I was a pop kind of girl until this one interesting kid I met told me about them, and they became my new obsession. Music exploded for me. It is not common to hear Jane's being called a "gateway" band (from pop to rock, that is), but to me they were. You were a part of this change. I cannot tell you the emotion this music has invoked in me, and I don't think it would be fair to pinpoint any member of Jane's (or any band, for that matter) for a person's maturing. And so I am trying my best to not sound cheesy, because I mean it. Thank you and the music you were a part of for being a part of my "growing up." I am still growing, happily.
